Using functional movements built upon Gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting, Kettlebells and Conditioning, CrossFit classes are designed to build fitness across a broad range of domains. Every class is scalable to each individual’s ability and current fitness level. Quality of movement with intensity is the prescription. General Physical Preparedness is the goal.
In addition to the constantly varied Workout of the Day (WOD), we provide classes focused on: Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Gymnastics, Mobility, Spin, Rowing, Yoga, and a family friendly Open Gym time.
